Hanu Heat Treaters was founded in the year 2002. Ms G Nirmala, Mr S Jagadish, and Mr Swamy are the founding members of this SSI Unit. Hanu Heat Treaters was founded with the purpose of tapping the heat treatment requirements of the automobile and engineering industries of Peenya.

Hanu Heat Treaters started operations with a gas carburizing pit furnace and a salt bath. Hanu catered to the heat treatment requirements of the various industries based in Peenya. Over the years numerous clients were added to Hanu’s growing list of clientele. Customers were impressed with Hanu’s work quality and a majority of the customers continue to provide work on a regular and continual basis to Hanu; such is the trust they have developed towards Hanu.

Hanu has now taken heat treatment to the next level by procuring Batch Type Sealed Quench Furnaces with PLC. Through the process of adopting and making investments in procuring the latest of technology available in the market for heat treatment processes, Hanu has been able to expand and also meet the standards set by the automotive industry. Hanu has been able to increase its client base after making thoughtful investments in upgrading its technology.

Hanu Heat Treaters have always focused on maintaining the quality of their work. They have made continual improvements to their technology and processes. They have always remained committed to their delivery schedules, and their pricing has always been competitive.

Hanu Heat Treaters is an ISO certified company, and follows good management practises. Hanu has always stressed to have quality at the core of all their processes and services they have to offer. Currently Hanu has a capacity of 300 tons per month. Of this capacity 45% of it is dedicated to automobile industry related work, and 55% is dedicated to engineering industry related work.

Hanu has a dedicated team of well qualified and trained metallurgists, engineers, supervisors, and support staff. Most of the staff have been in the heat treatment industry for more than 2 decades. Hanu truly believes that it the vast experience of their staff that has been the most significant factor that has contributed to making Hanu a quality driven company.

Hanu has a well equipped MET-LAB. The MET-LAB facility has allowed Hanu to test the quality of their work at every stage. The availability of an in-house lab facility has significantly contributed to Hanu being able to maintain their quality standards time and again, for each and every project.
